Welcoming night! 3 January 2009

Welcoming night. First gathering in year 2009.

Number of people: 17 people.

Our new reverent come to the gathering for the first time. He is 45 years old. Before this, he served at Bintulu for 7 years.

Tonight, we introduce all the plans of all the groups. "Tuan qi gong ming" group make a survey to know where everyone like to go the most.

After all groups explain their plan for the whole year, Yang reverent talk a bit about the serving behavior. Saying that it is very important to serve the Lord and try to be willing to serve. Many people in the big church don't have the chance to serve the Lord but we always push the duty away.

The game tonight is about everyone's detail. We gather in a circle, then share about ourselves. Name, age, favorite food, favorite color and favorite type of girl/boy.

Then we play another game, dividing everyone into 3 groups, write down the similarity of personality and each similarity get 1 point. The point is not counted if the similarity is the same with other groups.

p.s: We don't have any picture tonight because my camera run out of battery. I will make sure that will not happen next week.
